Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)

Let’s Talk

Not sure where you stand in AI search? Let’s find out

Finding the language that matters

GEO and LLM optimisation focuses on how well a brand’s content and authority signals can be found, trusted and cited by AI models.

By addressing content structure, technical accessibility and third-party validation, brands create the conditions to be quoted directly in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, not just to rank for it.

Key outcomes

Visibility

Ensuring your brand is cited, quoted and recommended across every major AI platform

Recommended

Going deeper than visibility, we work on what makes AI choose you, not just name you.

Authority

Building the third-party validation and structured content AI models trust most

Accessibility

Confirming AI bots and crawlers can actually read and understand your site

Performance

A prompt and citation strategy that keeps pace as AI search keeps changing

Our approach to GEO and AI search optimisation

We start by discovering where a brand already stands today: mapping real customer behaviour, benchmarking current AI visibility, and checking that AI bots and crawlers can actually read the site.

From there, we identify how customers actually talk to AI, building a structured set of prompts and topic clusters from real customer language rather than generic keyword lists, tested across every major LLM.

Using that prompt set, we measure who gets named and cited today, and why: benchmarking AI Share of Voice, citation frequency and source attribution platform by platform and competitor by competitor.

Findings from each stage feed into a single plan we activate: a prioritised roadmap covering technical accessibility, content and authority, sequenced by expected impact and owned by the teams who can act on it
