Craig co-founded Sionic Advisors in 2014, rapidly building it up into a $100 million premier financial services consulting firm across ten countries. This was done over nine years and through various mergers and acquisitions. It was sold in 2021 to the Davies Group. Before Sionic, he was chairman and managing director of ALaS Consulting. Craig is a chartered certified accountant, and holds a BS in commerce from the University of KwaZulu Natal.

Jennifer Black is a highly regarded leader in the creative industry, with a distinguished career spanning several of London’s most influential agencies. As CEO and Partner at Special London, she was instrumental in launching the agency’s European operations, playing a key role in attracting top-tier talent and driving significant growth.

Previously, as Managing Director at Havas London, Jennifer led major client acquisitions, including Asda and DfE, which earned her Campaign’s Account Person of the Year recognition.

Her experience also includes senior roles at Fallon and Mother, as well as founding Fabula London, where she partnered with global brands such as Coca-Cola, IKEA, ASDA, and O2. Jennifer is widely recognised for her strategic insight, inclusive leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit.
